Sarah took the time to search for a holiday price and responded very quickly, we then found 2 more hotels and she also checked these for me, caused her a challenge, but she never complained just made sure we got what we wanted. Our flight returned to airport following a technical issue and within half an hour Sarah messaged to ask if we were ok and apologised on behalf of Jet 2 and sent flight delay policy. We will definitely use her again.
